Our New Sustainable Natural Vanillin Facility Opens Its Doors

On December 5, 2024, Changzhou welcomed a new aroma to its industrial landscape. Literally.

We opened the doors of our new 4,500 square metre ingredient factory that’s capable of producing 120 metric tons of Sustainable Natural Vanillin annually, worth €24 million.

While we did all the traditional things - yes, there was ribbon-cutting - what really matters is the state-of-the-art facility inside.

An AI x Biotech lab, four 10-ton fermentation tanks, industrial high-pressure homogenizers and plate centrifuges stand ready to produce large scale batches of natural vanillin.

Industry veterans and government officials were invited to tour, what we believe is, the future of sustainable ingredient production. While they were visibly impressed at our facility's innovative design and sustainable manufacturing setup, we know what really won them over: the cookies made with our very own Sustainable Natural Vanillin.

They disappeared so quickly, we're making an even bigger batch to give away for Lunar New Year!
